Cooling Maintenance includes:
 | Lubricate fan and motor bearings. |
| Replace filters. |
| Check belt and drives, adjust when necessary. |
| Check operating pressures of compressor. |
| Check and test for proper refrigerant levels. |
| Check and test all exposed fittings for leaks if refrigerant levels are low. (Does not
include repairing leaks) |
| Check and test to determine if condensate piping is draining properly. |
| Inspect condenser coils for dirt and damage. |
| Tighten all terminal connectors. |
| Inspect starter contacts, switches, and relays. |
| Check condition of equipment for general wear, rust and deterioration. |
| Check and test temperature differential for proper air flow. |
| Run equipment through a complete cycle. |
