Heating Maintenance Agreements

Our goal is to insure your heating comfort year around.  Prior to the start of the heating season, we come out and perform a complete maintenance and inspection of your heating system.

Heating maintenance includes:

Lubricate fan and motor bearings.
Replace filters.
Check belt and drives, adjust when necessary.
Clean pilot and burners as required.
Check operation of burners and controls.
Adjust primary air for clean and efficient burner operation.
Examine heat exchanger for proper seal and operation.
Check operation of temperature controls, adjust or calibrate as required.
Check for proper temperature rise of unit.
Run equipment through complete cycle.
