Condenser Installations............1 year on all work performed, including all materials used, PLUS manufacturer's warranty (typically 5 years on compressor)

Furnace Controls ....................1 year on all work performed, including all materials used, PLUS any manufacturer's warranty

Gas Water Heater Installations........1 year on all work performed, including all materials used.

Garbage Disposal Installations.....Plumber's Choice: Garbage Disposal Installation... 1/2 hoursepower disposal includes a 5 year Material & Labor warranty. 3/4 horsepower Garbage Disposal includes a 10 year Material & Labor warranty.

Faucet Installations...................1 year on all work performed, including all materials used, PLUS manufacturer's warranty.

Copper Repipes........Water Line Repiping with copper tubing.... 1 year on all work performed, 5 years on all material used.
